WSD's Family Infant Toddler Program is designed to strengthen family communication and encourage the development of language and social skills at an early age, serving families of deaf and hard of hearing children ages birth through 3 years old in Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania counties.

Share and socialize with other parents who are experiencing the same communication challenges with their deaf and hard of hearing children.
